Marksverse Digital Reel Bundles

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and use of digital reel bundles sold through marksverse.com. Please read these terms, the relevant product description, and any product-specific licence before purchasing.

1. What You Are Purchasing

Marksverse sells digital content packs, including reel bundles. Your purchase covers the digital files or access described on the product page.

Unless explicitly stated in the product listing, your purchase does not include account management, posting services, personalised coaching, advertising, or a guaranteed business outcome.

2. Important: The Content Pack and Your Results Are Different

You are purchasing a content pack—not views, followers, engagement, monetisation, sales, income, or viral success.

Marksverse does not guarantee that using any reel or bundle will produce your desired results. Content performance depends on factors outside Marksverse’s control, including your niche, audience, editing, posting strategy, consistency, competition, and platform algorithms and policies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Marksverse is not responsible merely because content does not perform as expected, an account does not grow, monetisation is not approved, or the buyer does not earn money.

Low views, limited engagement, or a lack of earnings do not, by themselves, mean the purchased content pack is defective.

This condition does not remove your rights if the product is not delivered, is materially different from its description, or has another issue for which applicable law provides a remedy.

3. Product Descriptions and Sample Reels

Before purchasing, review the product description, sample reels, file formats, stated contents, and usage permissions.

Sample reels illustrate the type or style of content offered. They are not promises of future performance. Whether a particular sample is included in the purchased pack depends on the product description.

Unless expressly stated, a bundle is not exclusive to one buyer and may also be available to other customers.

4. Digital Delivery and Access

Products are delivered digitally using the method stated on the product page, which may include a download link, email, or Google Drive access. No physical product will be shipped.

You must provide a correct, accessible email address at checkout and check your spam or junk folder if a delivery email is missing.

If your files or access link do not arrive, contact griindset@gmail.com with your order details.

Any lifetime-access promise stated on the product page forms part of the offer. We recommend keeping a backup of downloaded files; this recommendation does not replace Marksverse’s stated access commitments.

5. Technical Requirements and File Problems

You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, storage space, and software capable of opening the disclosed file formats.

Marksverse does not promise compatibility with every device, application, or future software version unless specifically stated.

If files are missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from the description, contact us so the issue can be investigated and an appropriate remedy provided.

6. Content Ownership, Usage and Resale Rights

Purchasing a bundle does not automatically transfer ownership of copyright, trademarks, music, characters, or other third-party material appearing in the content.

Your permitted use is governed by the licence expressly provided with the specific bundle. Do not assume that every bundle includes unrestricted commercial use, redistribution, or resale rights. Where resale rights are offered, they apply only within the scope of the supplied licence and cannot grant rights the licensor does not hold.

You are responsible for following the licence and the rules of the platforms where you publish. You must not use content unlawfully, impersonate others, or misrepresent ownership.

If the permitted use is unclear, contact Marksverse before purchasing or publishing the content.

7. Platform Rules and Monetisation

Marksverse is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google, Roblox, or other third-party platforms or brands unless expressly stated.

Platforms may restrict reused content, change eligibility requirements, remove posts, reject monetisation, or limit accounts. Marksverse cannot guarantee platform approval or immunity from claims, restrictions, or enforcement.

To the extent permitted by law, Marksverse is not responsible for platform decisions or consequences caused by a buyer’s misuse of the content. This does not exclude responsibility for Marksverse’s own misleading descriptions or licence promises.

8. Pricing and Payment

The applicable price and any additional charges are those displayed at checkout. Payment must be successfully completed before access is provided.

Discounts and promotional prices may change for future purchases. A later price change does not alter an already completed order.

You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use.

9. Refunds and Purchase Issues

Please review the product description and the Refund Policy available at the time of purchase.

A lack of views, followers, engagement, sales, income, or monetisation does not, by itself, establish that the digital product is defective or create a performance-based refund entitlement.

Refund requests involving non-delivery, duplicate payment, defective files, or a product materially different from its description will be assessed under the applicable Refund Policy and consumer law.

Nothing in these terms removes any refund, replacement, or other remedy that you are legally entitled to receive.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marksverse does not accept liability for speculative or indirect losses arising from use of a bundle, including anticipated profits, expected audience growth, lost business opportunities, or voluntary spending on advertising and third-party services.

This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any obligation or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Customer Information and Reviews

Provide accurate purchase and contact information. Do not share payment credentials or sensitive financial information when contacting support.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not contain unlawful material, threats, personal information belonging to others, or misleading claims.

The collection and use of personal information are governed by the store’s Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

Marksverse may update these terms for future purchases. The terms and product promises presented when an order was placed will continue to apply to that order, subject to applicable law.

An update will not retrospectively remove rights already granted to a customer.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are subject to applicable Indian law, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer.

If an issue arises, please contact Marksverse first so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using any complaint process, consumer forum, court, or other remedy available under applicable law.
